You can find us right across from the Sagar Hotel on the Kaman-Bhiwandi Road. It's a busy stretch of road, especially with all the lorries moving through. Rexnord Electronics & Controls Ltd has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is simple and we use the space mainly for assembly and keeping track of the control units we put together. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving while we work. We don’t spend much time on fancy decor or marketing flyers. Most of the guys here are focused on the technical side of things, checking wires and making sure the panels are set up correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and sitting at benches with soldering irons. The Sagar Hotel is a good landmark because people often get lost trying to find specific units along this road. We see a lot of the same faces every day, from the delivery drivers to the folks running the nearby shops. It’s an industrial vibe, nothing too polished. We just try to get the orders packed up and ready for whoever is picking them up next. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due, but mostly we just follow our routine and keep the floor moving. It's just a regular workplace doing regular electronics work for the industry.
