We are located in the Sonam Ganga building, specifically D/203. It’s part of the Old Golden Nest Phase 6 area on Mira Bhayender Road. Living and working in Bhayander East has its own rhythm. The society is quite large, so finding our block might take a minute if you haven’t been here before. We deal with linens and other fabric items from this office. It’s a bit of a residential-style setup, which makes the atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed than a factory. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking what needs to be dispatched. The view from the window is just the other buildings in the phase, but it’s okay. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things don't fall through the cracks. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost in the complex, so we spend a bit of time on the phone giving directions. It’s not a glamorous job, just handling linens and making sure the counts are correct. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know what we do. It’s a steady pace most days. No big mission statements here, just a group of people working out of a flat in Bhayander. We keep some tea and biscuits for when people drop by to talk business. The balcony has a few plants that we try to keep alive.
