Pooja Bansi Pharmaceuticals Privatelimited is located in Dahanu. We have a shop on the first floor of Malaxmi Plaza, it's number 112. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens sometimes. We’ve been in this plaza for a while now. The area is usually humming with people going about their shopping. We mostly focus on the wholesale side of pharmaceuticals, so we have boxes stacked up quite high in the back. It’s not the biggest shop, but we make use of every inch of space we have. My brother and I run the daily operations. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the inventory counts are right. Dahanu is a nice place to work, even if it gets a bit hot in the summer months. We don’t have a website or any of that stuff. Most people just call us or drop by if they’re in the plaza. It’s a straightforward business. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits on the shelf for too long. We’ve known some of our customers for years now. It’s just how things are here—you build those relationships over time by just showing up and doing the work. The address is pretty easy to find once you get to Malaxmi Plaza. Sometimes the market downstairs gets so crowded that it takes ten minutes just to get through the front door. We keep a small radio in the shop.
