P.M. Electro -Auto is situated at Survey No.102/1/2, right by the Nagar Parishad House on Mahim Road. We are in Palghar West, which is quite a distance from the main hub of Mumbai. Our place is directly across from the Iskcon Food Relief Foundation, and we are near Sukhsagar Lane. It is a bit of a landmark area around here. The office and factory are part of the same complex. It is a large, open space that gets a lot of natural light, which is nice, but it can get very hot during the summer months. We handle a lot of electro-auto components. The floor is usually busy with people moving parts and testing equipment. It is not a quiet office environment. You can hear the sounds of the factory floor throughout the day. We have a small team of engineers and technicians who live nearby. We do not have any corporate suits or fancy boardrooms here. Our meetings usually happen standing up near the production line. We have been at this Palghar location for quite a while now and have seen the area develop. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes things a bit messy, but we just deal with it. It is a straightforward, hardworking environment. We focus on getting the technical details right and making sure our production schedule stays on track without any big drama.
