Moniba Anand Electricals Pvt Ltd is located down at the ground floor of the Saphire Building. We are over in Tirupati Park, specifically in the Sativali area near Vasai Road. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but this part of Village Waliv in Taluka Vasai has become quite a hub for businesses like ours. The ground floor setup makes it easy for loading and unloading, which is good because electrical stuff can be heavy. We’ve been at 5 Saphire Building for a bit now. Most of the people working here are locals from around Vasai (E). It’s a practical space. We don’t have those big glass walls or shiny carpets you see in movies. It’s just an office and some storage for the electrical components. Every morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out. The area gets pretty crowded during peak hours, but we manage. Being in Tirupati Park gives us enough room to handle the daily operations without too much trouble. We focus on the electrical parts and making sure the counts are right. It’s honest work, and the guys here know their way around the items we stock. We don't do much talking; we just try to keep the business running smoothly from this little corner of Waliv. It works for us and the people who come by to pick up their orders.
