Metco Alloys

We are located at Shop No.11 in the A.N.G. Estate. It’s right near the old petrol pump on Mira Road East, which is how most people find us since the estate can be a bit confusing if you’re new to the area. Metco Alloys has been in this spot on Smira Bhayander Road for a while. The shop is mostly filled with different types of metal and alloy stocks. It’s heavy stuff, so there’s a lot of lifting and shifting throughout the day. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls; it’s mostly just calendars and a few shelves for small parts. The sound of trucks passing by is constant. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and talking to regular callers who need specific bits of metal for their own projects. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Most of us here have been working with metals for years, so we can usually tell what something is just by looking at the finish or the weight of it. When the monsoon hits, we have to be careful about the rain coming in through the front, but we've got a system for that now. It’s just a normal day of work, handling orders and making sure the right alloy gets onto the right truck. Nothing too complicated, just honest labor in a dusty estate where we know all our neighbors well.
