Over in Palghar, specifically at Building No.29 in the HDIL Industrial Estate, you will find the Meltronics Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems Pvt. Ltd. workshop. Village Chadansar is a bit out of the way for some people, but it suits us just fine for what we do here. We spend our days working on ultrasonic cleaners. It involves a lot of testing tanks and checking frequencies. The guys on the floor are usually covered in some kind of residue or just focused on the wiring and assembly. We are not a big corporate giant with a massive PR team. It is mostly just us figuring out how to get things cleaner using sound waves. The air in the industrial estate can get a bit thick in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving well enough. We have had some growing pains over the years, learning what works and what does not work with different materials. Some of the machines we build are simple, while others take a lot more time than we initially expect. We just take it day by day. If a customer calls with a problem, one of us usually just picks up the phone and tries to talk them through a solution. There are no fancy scripts or automated menus here. We just want the machines to do their job so people can get back to their own work. It is a quiet life out here in Chadansar, away from the city noise, and we like the pace.
