Medimount Pharmaceuticals Privatelimited operates from Sashwat Park in the Valivli area. Our office is D 607, which is part of Phase 111. It’s a modern enough complex, but we’ve kept our specific unit very basic and focused on the work at hand. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with the pharmaceutical logistics to look out the window much. We handle a lot of the planning and the back-end stuff for the company from here. It’s a quiet space, which is good when you need to focus on numbers and government regulations. Valivli is a bit of a growing area, so there’s always some construction noise in the distance or new neighbors moving into the park. We just stick to our routine of checking orders and making sure the supply chain doesn't have any major gaps. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family business because of how we interact with each other in the office. There are no cubicles here, just a few desks pushed together in the main room. We don't use a lot of fancy software either; a lot of things are still written down in registers because that’s what feels reliable to us. We make sure the paperwork is filed correctly in the metal cabinets and that our phone lines stay open for the distributors who call us throughout the day.
