Marss Packaging

Marss Packaging is situated out in Sajjan Pada, which is part of Chahade Village along the Palghar Manor Road. It’s quite a bit of a drive from the main city areas, and the surroundings are much greener than what you’d see in Mumbai. We are located at Plot No. 13 on Gut No. 256/265. Being out in the Taluka means things move at a slightly different pace, though the work inside the factory is always fast. We make all sorts of packaging materials here. The warehouse is a large space filled with rolls of plastic and corrugated sheets. Most of our staff comes from the nearby villages. They are good people who know how to handle the machinery. The weather out here can be quite intense, especially during the monsoon when the rain hits the tin roofs so loud you can’t hear yourself talk. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy canteen. We just bring our dabbas from home and eat under the shade of the trees during the break. Our days are spent managing the production lines and loading up the trucks that take our goods to the city. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to keep the machines running and the orders moving. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while now and we’re used to the quiet life out here. We just do our work and keep things simple.
