At Lakdawala Real Estate Llp, we are located in Nallasopara West, specifically in the Ashirvad Vrindavan building. Our office is B 702, so you have to head up to the seventh floor. It is quite close to the Nagar Palika office in the Nilemore area, which is how most people find their way to us. Being in Nallasopara, things are a bit more laid back compared to the main city, but it still gets plenty busy during the mornings. The office isn't something out of a magazine. It’s a simple room where we keep our documents and meet with neighbors who are thinking about moving. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that usually has way too many papers on it. The area around here has changed quite a bit over the last few years with new shops opening up. We spend most of our time talking to locals or people moving into the neighborhood for the first time. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but we get the work done. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is in order with the property deals. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. People just knock and come in. It’s a straightforward way of doing things and it works for us. We are just part of the local community here in Ashirvad Vrindavan. We take things as they come.
