We run Lakdawala Dairy Farm Llp out of B 702, Aashirvad Vrindavan. We are right near the Nagar Palika Office in Nilemore, Nallasopara West. It’s a crowded area, but it's where we live and work. The dairy business is a 24-hour job, really. Even though our office is in a residential building, we are always on the move. We deal with the cows and the milk deliveries every single day without a break. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve got people coming and going, checking schedules and making sure the supply is right. It gets a bit hectic around the Nagar Palika office during the day, so we try to get our main logistics sorted early in the morning. We aren't a big factory. We started small and we’ve stayed pretty close to our roots. Our office is just a regular room with a computer and a lot of logbooks. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth in Nallasopara. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty, but it’s what we do. Sometimes things go wrong with the transport or the weather, and we just have to figure it out. We aren't polished people, just folks trying to run a dairy. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay.
