Our place is out in Vasai East, specifically in the Maduram Industrial Estate. We are situated right behind the Visava Hotel at Agarwal Naka, near Sativali Road and Kalbadevi. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is a good spot for what we do. The estate is always busy with deliveries and shipments moving in and out. We handle healthcare products, so our space is filled with boxes and crates stacked up high. It is a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure we have everything sorted correctly. The weather in Vasai can be quite humid, especially in the monsoon, and the industrial estate can get a bit muddy. We have a small office tucked into the corner of the warehouse where we manage the paperwork and phone calls. It is not a sterile hospital environment, just a working warehouse where we get things done. We usually have lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. The Visava Hotel is a landmark for us, and we often tell people to look for it if they are lost. We have been here for a while and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It is a simple, honest operation. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans; we just come in, do our work with the healthcare supplies, and go home.
