Our place is located out at Survey No. 375 and 376 in Village Usar. It’s in the Wada area of Palghar, so it’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where we have the space for our manufacturing. We’ve been operating Kaizen Aac Block for some time now. It’s a dusty job, and the machines are quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We mainly focus on getting the blocks made and loaded onto the trucks heading out to different sites. There isn't much to see out here besides the factory and the fields around us. We aren't corporate types; we’re mostly just people from the local village who know how to run the equipment. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and we have to spend the day fixing it ourselves. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't spend money on big ads because the way the blocks look usually is enough for the builders when they start laying them. We like being part of the Usar community. It’s a quiet life when the engines aren't running. We just aim to stay busy and make sure the loads are ready when the drivers show up in the morning. It's a simple life, focused on making things and putting in the hours. We don't mind the hard work as long as the trucks keep moving.
