If you head down Fatak Road in Bhayander East, past the gas godown, you’ll find us at Shop 16 in the Salasar Commercial Center. It’s a busy part of town, always something going on right outside the door. Indo Ocean Fishers Private Limited has been operating from this shop for quite a while now. We chose this spot because it's practical and close to the people we work with. We don't need a high-rise office to do our work properly. The commercial center is full of other small businesses like ours, so there’s always a bit of noise and movement throughout the day. We focus mostly on the fishing side of things, which means early mornings and late nights are pretty common for our team. The space inside the shop is mostly taken up by desks, old files, and various supplies. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We’d rather keep our overhead low and just focus on the actual business of fishing and distribution. Some days are much more hectic than others, especially when shipments are coming in from the coast. Dealing with the ocean is always unpredictable, so we’ve learned to be very flexible with our schedules. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We are just local people who know the trade inside and out. If you come by, you might find us drinking tea and going over the manifests for the next day. It’s a straightforward life here in Bhayander. We do what we say we’re going to do and we don’t complicate things.
