We are located in Aggarwal Hill View, Building No. 1, Flat A/404, over in Evershine City, Vasai (E). It’s an apartment-style office, which makes it feel very much like a part of the daily life of the community. We aren't some distant bank with a million branches and cold rooms. We are just here in this building, helping our neighbors with their savings and small credit needs. The space is small but we keep it very organized. There’s a desk for the paperwork and a couple of chairs for whoever stops by to talk. We handle Nidhi transactions, which is mostly about mutual benefit and helping each other out with money when things get tight. Most of us have lived in or around Vasai for years. We know how hard people work for their money, so we take the record-keeping very seriously. It’s not a very exciting job, but it is important for the people who live here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the other buildings in Evershine City. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People just know we are here through word of mouth. We open up in the morning, do the entries, and make sure the accounts are all set. It’s a very human way of doing business. No corporate jargon, just honest work in a local flat.
