Our place is out in Plot No. J- 201/202 at MIDC Tarapur in Palghar. It’s a big industrial zone, so we are surrounded by factories and warehouses of all kinds. Being in Tarapur means we have enough space to handle things properly. It’s a private limited company, but don’t let the name make you think it’s some cold, corporate building. It’s actually quite a hands-on operation where the managers are usually out on the floor with everyone else. We deal with pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging mostly. The commute out to Palghar can be a bit much for some, but for us, it’s just part of the routine. The air smells a bit like chemicals and dust around here, which is standard for an MIDC area. We spend our shifts making sure the machines are running and the quality is where it needs to be. We don’t have much use for fancy words or polished presentations. Our day starts early and ends when the last truck leaves the gate. It’s a lot of physical work and staying alert to make sure everything follows the rules. We’ve been part of this industrial belt for a while now and we know how things work around here. It’s about being consistent and making sure the inventory moves out as planned every single week. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we just want to get the products packed and shipped without any mistakes happening.
