Our clinic is situated in unit 101 of Saroj Plaza, right next to the Croma in Bhayander East. It’s a very easy spot to find if you’re familiar with the Maxus Mall area or CBI Road. Being on the first floor means you have to go up a bit, but we’re right there on the 2nd Main and 10th Cross junction. Bhayander East is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. The surgical centre isn't overly fancy. We keep things focused on what matters, which is the equipment and the space for patients. You’ll find a waiting area that’s often filled with people from the local housing societies. We see everyone from kids who need their first pair of glasses to older folks coming in for checkups. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic near the mall, but once you’re inside, things settle down. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the shopkeepers in Saroj Plaza. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just come in, open the shutters, and start the day’s work. Sometimes we’re running a bit behind if a procedure takes longer, but that is just how it goes in a medical setting. We try to be honest about wait times and what needs to be done. It’s a practical place for people who just want their eyes looked at without any fuss. Usually, the lights in the plaza stay on late, so we’re here until the last appointment is finally finished.
