We are based out in Boisar, which is quite a distance from the main Thane city hub. Our spot is on Salvad Road, right near the Sai Gyan Mandir High School. You can usually hear the kids playing during recess or the school bell ringing throughout the day. We are also close to the Taps Shivaji Nagar area. It is a very industrial part of the region, so there are always trucks moving and people in uniforms walking to their shifts. Our building is a simple one, built for work rather than looking pretty. At First Winner Ind. Ltd., we spend our days dealing with the factory floor and making sure the machinery is running like it should. It can get pretty hot in Boisar, especially in the middle of the afternoon when the sun is beating down on the roof. We have a small office section where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action happens in the back. The commute for some of us is quite long, involving the local trains and then a rickshaw ride to the school road. We eat our lunch together in a small break area, usually talking about the news or just complaining about the heat. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows their job. We’ve been part of this industrial community for a while now and we are used to the rhythm of the machines and the school next door.
