You can find our shop for Eqimoney Realty Private Limited at Padmibai Tower, number 210, which is right on M.P. Road in Palghar. It is very close to the railway station area, so we get a lot of people just dropping in while they are on their way somewhere else. We handle property deals around this part of the city. Palghar is an interesting place because it’s still finding its feet in some ways, with new developments popping up quite often. We aren't a massive company with fancy offices in a skyscraper. We just have this small shop where we keep our files and meet with folks. Most of our time is spent out on the road, looking at different plots and checking the progress of new buildings. We don't have any big sales pitches or polished brochures. We just show people what is available and tell them the price. Sometimes we spend hours just talking to the local builders or other agents to see what’s moving. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and desks and a lot of paper.
