We get a mix of elderly folks and younger people who maybe got hurt playing sports. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big waiting halls. It’s just a direct, hands-on place. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because physical therapy can be tough sometimes. People usually find us by word of mouth in the building or the neighborhood. We’ve been at the Sheetal Swar location for a while. It’s just a regular part of the local landscape here on Mira Road. We show up, do the therapy sessions, and help people get their strength back. It’s honest work and we like being here in this part of Mumbai with our neighbors.
