Disha Optics & Contact Lens Clinic

Disha Optics & Contact Lens Clinic is located at Shop No. 6 in the M Baria House Building. We are right on Kargil Nagar Road n, which is a spot that gets a fair amount of foot traffic. The shop is quite small, so every inch of space is used for something. We have racks of frames along the walls and a small area in the back where we do the testing. The glass on the display cases needs to be wiped down constantly because of fingerprints. It’s just a few of us working here, and we handle everything from greeting people to fixing broken hinges on old glasses. We don't have a big fancy showroom. The floor is just tile and the ceiling fan wobbles a little bit when it's on high. Kargil Nagar Road n can be noisy with all the scooters passing by, but we don't mind it much. Sometimes we stand near the door just to get some fresh air and watch the world go by. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to M Baria House for years to get their eyes checked. They usually stay for a chat even after they’ve picked out their lenses. We keep a drawer full of tiny screws and spare parts that we’ve collected over time. It’s a practical little shop where we just try to be helpful to the people who walk in Kargil Nagar.
