Cosmos Engineering

Cosmos Engineering is located over at Plot No. C-12 in the Vikas Industrial Estate, which is in Bhayandar East. If you’ve ever been to this part of Thane, you know how busy the industrial estates get with all the trucks and workers moving around. Our unit is just one of many, but we’ve carved out our own little space here. Inside, it’s mostly the steady hum of machines and the smell of coolant. We don’t have any polished floors or corporate decorations. It’s just a workspace with lathes, milling machines, and benches where we spend most of our hours. We work on a variety of engineering parts, some small and some quite bulky. The lighting isn't always the best, but we have our lamps over the machines so we can see what we're doing. Some of us have been working in this estate for years, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The commute into Bhayandar can be a struggle with the traffic, but once we’re inside the shop, we just focus on the tasks for the day. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people knowing we’re here and that we do the job properly. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and checking measurements, but it’s what we’re good at. We just try to keep things moving and make sure every part that leaves the plot is right.
