Bpal Sweets Private Limited

We are over here at E-202 in Laxmiben Chheda Park. It’s on Achole Road in Gala Nagar. Nallasopara (E) is always busy. Bpal Sweets Private Limited is just us working with what we have. Most days start early before the sun is even up properly. We get the milk delivered and start the stove. The kitchen gets warm fast. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the back when we have a lot to do. People walk by on the street and peek in. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The walls have some marks from moving crates around. It’s not a fancy place but it’s where we do everything. You can hear the traffic from Achole Road all day long. We keep the floor clean but with all the sugar and flour, it’s a constant job. There’s a specific way the air smells here, like cardamom and boiling sugar. We just focus on getting the trays filled. Some people from the nearby buildings come in just to say hello. It’s a local thing. We don't have a big office or anything, just the shop space in Gala Nagar. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we keep the doors open. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the sweets are ready for whoever stops by. It is just a regular life for us here in Nallasopara.
