Our office is actually inside Flat B 703 at Anand Paradise CHS in Bhainder East. It’s located in the Annapurna Estate area. Being an OPC, or One Person Company, means things are handled a bit more personally around here. Bhanu Pratap Singh Chandrawat (Opc) Private Limited isn't a giant operation with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a focused, small-scale setup where we can keep a close eye on everything. Working from a residential complex like Anand Paradise gives the day a different kind of feel compared to a cold office tower. It’s quieter, and you get to know the neighbors. We mostly spend our time on the computer or handling phone calls. The space is organized for efficiency because when you’re small, you have to be tidy. We don’t have a big reception desk or a lobby. It’s just a place where work gets done. Bhainder East is a growing area, and we like being part of the community here. Most of our day involves managing the specific requirements of our projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s practical work. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
