We operate out of the Tungareshwar Industrial Complex in Sativali, which is over in Vasai East. We have units 13, 14, and 15 in the Kaveri building. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it gives us the space we need for the fastener business. The village area has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more factories now and the roads are always busy with tempos. Inside our units, it’s mostly rows of shelving and heavy boxes. We deal with a lot of industrial fasteners. The air is always a bit metallic and there’s the sound of metal clicking together. It’s not a quiet place, but it's where we get the work done. Our team is local, mostly guys from around the Vasai and Virar area. We don't really go for anything flashy. The office part is just a few desks tucked away near the front. We spend a lot of time checking sizes and counting pieces for orders. Dealing with fasteners is all about the details, making sure a thread matches a nut. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is too heavy, but we manage. It’s a basic setup, focused on the stuff we sell. We’ve got a routine that works for us and we just stick to it every day. It's just a regular industrial unit doing regular work.
