6 Degrees Diversity Counsel Private Limited is located in Palghar. We have our office at Haware Nakshatra in Tembhode. It is flat number 27 on the ground floor of building A1. It is a quiet residential complex, so it doesn't really feel like those big office parks you see in Mumbai. We mostly work on things related to diversity and how people get along in companies. It sounds complicated, but we just try to help businesses understand their workers better. The office is pretty simple. We have a couple of tables, some old chairs, and a small area to make coffee. Usually, it is just two or three of us in the office at any time. We spend a lot of time reading through reports and talking to people on the phone. The ground floor location is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift. Sometimes children are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind much. We have been here for some time now and we like the Palghar area. It’s less stressful than being in the middle of a big city. We don't go for big presentations or use a lot of corporate buzzwords. We just try to give sensible advice to the people who ask for it. It is a small operation and we handle everything ourselves, from the paperwork to cleaning the desks at the end of the week.
