Suyog Elements India Pvt. Ltd. takes up a fair bit of room over at Plot No. 1208-1209-1210-1211. It’s a big stretch of space, which is good because we have a lot of stuff to move around. Working here means you do a lot of walking from one end to the other. We deal with various elements and components every day. The workshop floors are usually covered in bits of metal or whatever we are processing at the time. It’s not the cleanest place, but we work hard. My boots are always worn out from the concrete. We have a few teams spread out across the different plot numbers, doing their own thing. Sometimes communication between the far ends of the building is just shouting or walking over there. We don't have fancy intercoms. The rain hits the tin roof pretty loud during the monsoon, making it hard to hear anything else. We’ve got a lot of heavy equipment that requires a lot of attention. Keeping everything running is a full-time job in itself. We just show up, get the tasks sorted, and go home. It’s honest work. Most of the guys here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood spot even though it’s an industrial company. We don't put on any acts. We just do the work as it comes. It can be a bit overwhelming having to manage four different plot numbers, but we've got a system that mostly works. We try to tidy up, but it's tough.
