Shree Mahalaxmi Saw Mill

Shree Mahalaxmi Saw Mill is over at Plot No. 612. It’s a place that stays pretty dusty because of the nature of what we do. You can usually hear us before you see us. The sound of the blades is just part of the background noise for us now. Plot 612 is a good spot, plenty of room for the timber and the machinery we need. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or making the office look nice. It’s a saw mill, after all. Most of the guys here have been working with wood for years. We just know how to get the job done without a lot of fuss. The name Shree Mahalaxmi has been on that sign for a long time. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a website with flashy photos or anything like that. If people need us, they usually just drive down to the plot or give us a call on the old landline. The work is physical and it can be tiring when the weather gets hot in the summer, but it feels good to see the stacks of wood ready to go at the end of the day. We keep the yard as organized as we can, though there’s always a pile of scrap somewhere. It’s just a straightforward operation. We show up, we cut the wood, and we go home to our families when the sun goes down.
