This is a family name on the door here at Palej Gidc. We have been at spot 610 for a long time. It’s mostly just us working every day to get the orders filled. My father started things and now we just carry it on. The area is full of other factories so it's always humming with noise. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If someone needs something, they usually just call my mobile or stop by the gate. We keep the machines running through the morning and take a long break for lunch when it gets too hot to think. The paperwork usually piles up on the corner desk because we prefer being out on the floor with the tools. It's dusty and the air smells like grease sometimes, but that’s just how a workshop is. We make sure the quality is decent because we have to see these customers at the market too. We don't want any complaints. We use simple tools and basic materials. Nothing too complicated happens here. We just try to stay honest and do the job right the first time. Sometimes we run late if a machine breaks down, but we always fix it ourselves. It’s just how we operate. No big secrets or corporate talk, just regular daily labor in the Gidc. The gate is usually open by eight.
