We’ve been here at Plot No. 213 for a while now. The shop mainly deals with all sorts of gas equipment parts. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when the trucks arrive and we start moving things around the floor. Most days, it's just about making sure the inventory is right and people get what they need for their setups. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s a workspace through and through. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the tools are where they need to be. When people stop by, they usually know exactly what valve or regulator they're looking for. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes paperwork piles up on the desk near the entrance. It's hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. If you walk past Plot 213, you'll see us tinkering with something or checking the pressure gauges. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a lot of metal, some grease, and just making sure the equipment is ready to go out. We don’t do much talking unless it’s about the job at hand. Just a bunch of us working with gas fittings and making sure the supplies don't run low. It's honest work, even if the floor gets dusty by the end of the shift.
