Alien Security Force Facility Management

Our main office is located at Sheshgiri Dam Bhawan, H. No: 969/1 in Alto-Torda. This is up in Porvorim, which is a pretty central spot in Bardez. We handle a lot of different things from here, like managing staff for various buildings and keeping track of security shifts. The office stays busy with people coming in to sign their papers or collect their uniforms. It’s not a very big space, so things can feel a bit cluttered with all the files and equipment we have to store. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating where people need to go and making sure everyone showed up for their shift. Sometimes there are issues with the plumbing or the lights in the buildings we look after, so we have to send someone out quickly to fix it. We don't use any big words or fancy titles here. We just try to make sure the buildings are running okay and that the people working there know what they are supposed to be doing. The area in Porvorim is nice, though the hills make driving around a bit slow sometimes. We have a small team in the office who handles the scheduling and the payroll. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication every day. We usually stay late to make sure everything is settled for the next morning so we don't have any surprises when we open up.
