Bell Pins (P) Ltd. is located at 67/1 on Tiruchendur Road in the Tirunelveli district. We have been in this same spot for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it is ours. We make pins and other small metal fasteners. It is a lot of small parts, so we have to be careful not to lose things under the workbenches. The machines have a steady rhythm that you get used to after a while. Our workers are mostly from the surrounding villages. Some of them have been walking to this factory for decades. We do not have a fancy HR department or a shiny boardroom. We just have a small office where we keep the ledgers and answer the phone when it rings.
