Tanishq Design

We’re set up out on the Ahmedabad Highway, right near Cargo Motor. Our office is Number 1-2, and it’s basically just a couple of rooms where we do our design work. Since we’re right by the highway, there is a constant sound of trucks and cars zooming by at all hours. It can get pretty dusty with all that traffic, so we’re always wiping down our tables and screens. It’s not the most glamorous location, but it’s convenient for getting in and out of the city. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the design side of things. The office is pretty functional. We have our computers, some big desks to spread out drawings, and a corner where we keep the kettle for tea. We don't have a fancy showroom or a receptionist at the front. If the door is open, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't staring at a monitor. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the highway. Sometimes it’s quiet early in the morning, which is when we get the most work done. By afternoon, it’s loud and busy outside. We aren't into big sales pitches or corporate talk. We just focus on the designs and making sure they look okay. It’s a straightforward way to work.
