Status

You can find our shop, Status, at number 32 on City Light Road in the Palanpur area. It’s a good location and we’ve been here for a while now. The street is usually pretty active with cars and people going about their business. Our shop isn't very large, but we try to keep it organized so we can find everything easily. We spend a lot of our time just standing at the counter or organizing the shelves. It’s a simple way to make a living. We don’t go in for anything too flashy or corporate. The shop is just a place where we do our work and talk to the people who stop by. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet during the middle of the day, so we catch up on cleaning or checking the inventory. Other times, it’s a bit of a rush and we have to move fast. We like being on City Light Road because it feels like we are in the middle of things. We’ve got to know many of the other shop owners nearby. It’s a friendly enough place. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and close up at night. It’s just us and the shop, trying to keep things going as best as we can. We're happy with how things are and don't feel the need to change much. Sometimes we sit on the bench outside when the weather is nice.
