Mavjat Hospital

Mavjat Hospital is located over on Mansarovar Lake Road, right in the Bank Colony area. It’s a pretty decent spot because the lake is nearby, though we spend most of our time inside the building. The neighborhood around Bank Colony is mostly residential, so we get a lot of local families coming in. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular hospital setup that's been standing for a while. Inside, it feels a bit like a home sometimes because we’ve been here so long. The waiting room chairs are a bit old, but they do the job. We don’t have any big brochures or fancy advertisements. People usually find us because they live in the colony or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. We see a lot of different things every day, from kids with scraped knees to older folks needing their blood pressure checked. The staff is mostly local, so there is always a bit of chatting in the halls about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We keep things honest and just tell people what they need to know about their health. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to work. We are just glad to be here on Mansarovar Lake Road helping out where we can. When the sun sets over the lake, the light hits the front windows and makes the whole lobby look quite bright for a while.
