Lustre Pharmaceutical is located at 15, Barcelona Industrial Estate, which is right near Odhav Circle and the S.P. Ring Road. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate at all hours. Our unit isn't huge, but it’s got everything we need to get through the workday. We deal with various pharmaceutical products, so cleanliness is something we have to pay attention to constantly. The floors are grey, the walls are plain, and the machinery has its own rhythm that you get used to after a week or two. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit like a small community over the years. We have our tea breaks together and complain about the traffic on the Ring Road. There isn't any fancy decor in the front office, just a couple of chairs and a desk for deliveries. We spend most of our time in the back where the real work happens. It’s dusty outside in the estate, but inside we keep things controlled. Things don't always go perfectly—sometimes a machine needs a part or a shipment gets delayed—but we just fix it and keep moving. It’s honest, hard work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We’re just a local pharmaceutical company doing our bit every day. There are no secrets here, just people doing their jobs the best way they know how.
