Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Chennai

It’s a bit confusing for some because the name says Chennai but we are actually located in Palanpur, Gujarat. We are over at Plot No: 22 in the Nilkant Society. If you know where Hanuman Tekri is, we are right near there. This Larsen & Toubro Ltd office is a solid place where we handle the local operations. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical details. We don’t have a massive staff here, just enough to keep things running smoothly. The building is a standard plot in the society, nothing that really stands out from the street. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of project folders and some old desks that have seen better days. We don’t bother with much fancy talk or trying to look like a big corporate hub. We just show up, drink our tea, and get to work on whatever the Chennai office has sent our way. Being in the 385 001 zip code means we are well-connected to the rest of Gujarat. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just life here. We aren't interested in making things look more impressive than they are. It’s a functional office where people work hard and go home to their families at night. It is just our everyday reality.
