Guru Polyplast

Our place is out in GIDC Chandisar, which is a bit of a drive from Palanpur but it's where all the action is. We have Plot No. 4/11 and 4/12, so we have a decent amount of space for our machines and the raw materials we keep on hand. Guru Polyplast is basically just a group of us working with plastics every day. The air in Chandisar is always a bit dry, and you can hear the hum of factories all around us. We started small and just kept at it. Most of our day is spent checking the output and making sure the plastic quality is what it needs to be. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We are usually in work clothes, dealing with the heat from the equipment. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out, chatting by the main door. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our customers are people we've known for years. They know where we are and what we can do. We keep things pretty simple here. We pack the goods, load them up, and send them off. There’s always a lot of plastic scrap around that needs moving. It's just a regular factory life in Gujarat, keeping the machines running and the orders moving out.
