Geo Infra Testing & Consultancy Services is located behind Nav Zeevan in Motipura. We are right off National Highway- 8, so you can always hear the big rigs roaring past. It’s a bit of a dusty spot being so close to the highway, but it’s convenient for people bringing in samples. We do a lot of testing on soil and materials for construction projects around here. It’s not just sitting at a desk; there is a lot of getting our hands dirty with dirt and rocks and concrete cylinders. We have some equipment in the back for crushing things and seeing how strong they are. It’s interesting work if you like seeing how things are built from the ground up. The office is simple, with a few desks and a lot of folders full of test results. People from all over the area stop in because the highway makes us easy to find. We get a lot of sun in the afternoon, which makes the lab a bit warm, but we just open the windows and keep going. We aren’t a big corporate firm; we are just a few people who know how to test materials and give honest results. Most of the time we are just busy with the daily flow of samples and the noise of the traffic outside our door. It’s a practical job in a practical location.
