We’ve got a lot of elderly folks living nearby who stop in quite often. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and we keep it very clean. We don’t go in for fancy slogans or big posters on the walls. Mostly, we just have signs telling people where the different wards are. The staff here has a routine down. We start early with cleaning and then the first patients start arriving for their morning appointments. It’s a lot of walking back and forth through the hallways. We have some basic equipment for testing and a few beds for emergencies. Being in Thirumangalam, we see a lot of people who work hard for a living, so we try to be quick so they can get back to their jobs. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have a small desk where we handle the bills and the paperwork. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who live around Jawahar Nagar.
