S S Associates

We are located at number 60 on the first floor of a building on East Veli Street. S S Associates has been operating from this part of town for quite a bit. Being on East Veli Street means there is always a lot of noise from the street vendors and the traffic below, but we have gotten used to it over the years. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to reach us. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of papers and files about various properties in the city. We spend a lot of our time just chatting with the neighbors and people who live in the surrounding area. Most of our work comes from knowing the local people and who might be looking to sell or rent. We do not do much in the way of advertising. People mostly find us because they know the street well or someone they trust told them to come see us. It is a very practical way to run things. We are not a big company with lots of offices, just this one small space on the first floor. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the light is not very bright, but we get our work done regardless. We deal with all kinds of property matters around this side of the city. It is a busy life being right in the middle of everything on East Veli Street. Most mornings it is just us and a cup of tea.
