You can find us over at 147, Third Street in Ramachandra Thadagam, which is part of Tirumangalam in Madurai. It’s a quiet corner compared to the center of the city, which we actually quite like. L&T has had this spot for a while, and it serves us well. The building is simple, and we haven't done much to change it over the years. We spend our time focusing on the logistics and the daily grind of our industry. There are no fancy slogans or corporate posters hanging in the lobby, just a few notices and maybe a map of the area. The heat in Madurai is no joke, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are working right. Our team is small and everyone knows each other’s business, which is typical for a local office like this. We don't use big corporate words to describe what we do. It’s mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the projects stay on track. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, or we go out to the local tea shop to get away from the screens for a bit. It’s a very human way to spend the workday. We don't have a lot of polish, but we have a lot of experience doing what we do. Being here in Tamil Nadu, we just follow the local pace and keep our heads down. We’ve learned to handle the quirks of the building and the street. It works for us.
