You can find our office at 12 Agar Nagar in K Pudur, Madurai. We have been here for a good while, working on engineering and construction technology stuff. The office is a bit of a mix between a workshop and a study. There are tools in one corner and a computer with technical drawings in the other. Madurai can get very hot, so we usually have a big water cooler in the corner that gets a lot of use. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our clothes usually have a bit of dirt or grease on them from being out at the sites. We spend a lot of time calculating things and looking at how structures are put together. It is a lot of practical work that requires us to be focused. The neighborhood of K Pudur is where we grew up and where we chose to stay. We know the local suppliers and the other tradespeople around here. Our desk is cluttered with rulers, calculators, and coffee mugs. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the week. People stop by when they have a technical problem or need something built. We talk through the options and then get to work. It is a simple, hardworking life in a busy part of Madurai. We just keep doing what we know best.
