Yahya Design Associates (Opc) Private Limited

Yahya Design Associates (Opc) Private Limited is located at Shop Number 23 inside the Zila Parishad Building. We are right there at Sadik Chowk in Daltonganj, Palamu. It is a busy spot, being in a government building like that, so there are always people coming and going. We started this design firm as a one-person company because we wanted to bring some practical design ideas to this part of Jharkhand. The shop is not huge, but it is enough for the drafting tables and the computer where all the plans get drawn up. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to clients who drop by the chowk. Daltonganj has its own style, and we try to work with that while adding some modern touches where it makes sense. It is a lot of back and forth, trying to get the details right for every client. Sometimes the coffee runs out or the printer jams right when we need a plan, but that is just life in a small office. We do not have a receptionist or anything; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We like the direct approach. It keeps things clear. Being in the heart of Palamu means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to visit a site or meet a contractor. It is just a small shop doing design work for the local community and we like it.
