We are located out in Semar Tand Tola in Daltonganj. The business is run by Krishna Nand Tripathi and a few others from the family. Our main spot is at House Number 194/A. It’s a quiet part of Palamu, away from the big noise of the bigger towns. Shriyam Resorts is what we call ourselves. To be honest, it's more like a family-run lodging than a big resort you see on TV. We have some rooms and we try to keep them in good shape. It’s hard work keeping up with the maintenance, especially during the monsoon when things get damp. We don't have a big staff, so we do a lot of the work ourselves. If the plumbing acts up, we fix it. If a guest needs tea, we make it. That’s just how we operate. We’ve lived in Daltonganj all our lives, so we know most of the people around here. People know where to find us. We don’t use those fancy booking apps much, mostly just people calling us or stopping by because they know the Tripathi family name. It’s a simple life for us. We aren't looking to become a giant chain of hotels. We just want to provide a decent place for people to rest when they are passing through this part of Jharkhand. It’s practical, honest, and we do our best with what we have. It’s just us here in Palamu trying to do things right for everyone.
