We are located in Pahari Mohalla, right in Ward Number 6 of Daltonganj. If you are looking for us, we are right in front of the Urdu Girls High School. You can hear the school bell ring every day, which helps us keep track of time. Sayeka Construction has its roots right here in Palamu. Daltonganj is a place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we have to be careful to do good work. Our office is a simple room where we keep our licenses and project files. It gets really hot here in the summer, so we have a fan that rattles all day long. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. If someone needs a wall built or a house renovated, they usually just come by the Mohalla and ask for us. We use local labor because it helps the community and they know the land. Sometimes we have to travel out to the villages for work, which means long dusty rides on the bike. We don't mind it much. The construction business is mostly about solving problems that you didn't see coming. We just take it one day at a time. It is a small operation, but we are proud of being from this part of Jharkhand. There is no corporate ladder here, just us and the bricks. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
