Prema Multi Hospital Foundation

This hospital is in Mehndinagar village, near Japla in the Daltonganj area. It’s part of Ward No. 02. Sakaldev Singh is the one who got this whole thing started. It’s a multi-specialty place, but on a smaller scale than what you see in the big metros. We serve the people in Hussainabad and the surrounding villages. It can be quite a journey for some people to get here from the farmlands, so we try to be ready for anything that comes through the door. We have some beds and a few different sections for different types of illnesses. The building is simple, painted white, and stands out in the village. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy logo. We just have a sign outside that tells people what we do. Most of our days are spent talking to patients and their families. It’s a very personal way of working here. We know whose son is getting married and whose crop is doing well this season. We handle everything from basic checkups to more serious stuff that needs a stay in the hospital for a few days. We try to keep our prices fair because we know how hard people work for their money in this area. It’s a quiet life in Mehndinagar, and our hospital is a steady part of that life. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years, one patient at a time.
