Naimuddin Construction Private Limited operates out of Islampur, over in the Bishrampur area of Palamu. We've been around this part of Jharkhand for some time. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a giant corporate building or a fleet of fancy trucks. Most of our gear is well-used and reliable. We know the ground here, which is important when you're digging foundations. The soil in Palamu can be tricky depending on the season. We’ve learned the hard way how to handle the dry spells and the monsoon rains. It’s just me and a small team of guys who know how to work hard. We don't talk much while we're on the job; we just get it done. If you come looking for us in Islampur, you might have to ask a neighbor where we're at today. We are often out in the field. We take on whatever projects come our way, from small houses to bigger sheds. It’s honest work. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say it'll take two weeks. Sometimes it takes three if the truck breaks down. That’s just life. We’re local people serving local people.
