Jitnarayan Construction Private Limited is located over at Shahpur Chok. If you know the area in Chainpur, you probably passed by us. We share the space with Prashant Kumar's place. Being out here in Palamu means dealing with a lot of heat during the summer months, which makes site work pretty tough. We usually start early in the morning to beat the sun. It is a local business, nothing too complicated. We mostly focus on small to medium jobs around the district. My office is basically just a room with a fan and a couple of chairs for when people stop by to talk about a project. We keep our equipment nearby. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find good labor during the harvest season because everyone goes back to the fields. That’s just life in a place like this. We try to be fair with everyone. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just take the orders, get the supplies, and try to build things that stay standing. We aren't using fancy software or anything, just some notebooks and experience. The roads around Shahpur can be a bit rough, but we make it work. We've been part of this community for a while. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We don't mind the hard work as long as the projects get finished on time.
