GREATSOIL BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Greatsoil Builders and Developers Private Limited is run by Animesh Kumar out in the Surajgarha area. We are based in Tola-Konipar, which is part of the Kawadpur Manikpur panchayat. It is a local operation through and through. We focus on building and developing whatever is needed in this part of the district. Some days we are looking at plots of land, and other days we are just trying to get a foundation poured before it rains. It is a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. We don't act like we are some big shots from the city. We are just local people who know how to build. The office is right there in the village, so neighbors can just drop by if they have a question. We don't use any fancy sales pitches or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done and try to figure out the best way to do it with what we have. It’s about being practical and getting things built right. Sometimes it takes longer than we want because of how things are out here with the dirt roads and distance, but we keep at it. Surajgarha is home for us, and we want to see it grow in a way that makes sense. We hope the work we do helps people out and makes the area a bit better for everyone living here.
